Original Payment Method

Online purchases may be returned for a refund to your original payment method if they meet all return criteria. Items must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery date, must have all original tags attached, and must be free from stains, odors, and debris.


To initiate a return, please submit a request through our Contact Form. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Any items returned more than 7 days after the delivery date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. At this time, we are unable to accept returns from online orders in person at our store.

In Store Purchases

Store Credit

Items purchased in-store may be returned for store credit if they are returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, are accompanied by the original receipt, have all tags attached, and are free from stains, odors, and debris.


If any of these conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept the return.

Gift Certificates

Final Sale

Gift certificates are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
