Online Purchases
Original Payment Method
Online purchases may be returned for a refund of your original payment method that meet all of the following criteria.
Items must be postmarked within 7 days of original delivery, must have all tags attached, and must be free from stains, smells, and debris.
To initiate a return, please use our contact form page to request authorization. No returns without an authorization will be processed. Items returned after 7 days from delivery date will not be accepted without exception. Any return shipping charges are the responsibility of the sender.
Note: Original shipping charges are not refundable.
At this time we cannot process returns to online orders in person at the store.
In Store Purchases
Store Credit
Items bought in store may be returned for a store credit if returned within 30 days of purchase, are returned with the original receipt, have all tags attached, and are free from stains, smells, and debris.
If any of these criteria are not met, we may not be able to accept your return.
Gift Cards
Final Sale
Gift certificates are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
